Steven and Linda Or rather Devin Tyler, Wesley Stone and Preston Sawyer

So we’re pretty much settled into our new place and overall things are going great. A lot can happen in 5 months time that’s for sure!

The boys like our neighborhood because there’s this big hilly area where they can roam around and explore and we love how quiet it is (minus us). The neighbors are also very nice and friendly and our boys have made friends with the other kids their age. I’m a little behind so here are pictures from July and August.

Our move is officially underway! We’re busy cleaning, packing up, unpacking, while Steve keeps up with his regular work and I watch the kids. Thanks Abi for your help with the kids too! I’ll keep you posted with our progress and hopefully put up pictures once I take some, so far I haven’t taken any this month if you can believe it.

We’ve gotten to play the “glad game” this month. Between sickness & more sickness, power outages, rain every day, tons of mosquitoes, we’re still looking on the bright side. Steve & I weren’t sick at the same time so that was nice. And Anita was kind enough to watch our kids for 2 days since I was too sick to care for them & that way Steve wouldn’t have to miss too many days of work. And thank God we didn’t have any water outages which are a royal pain, to say the least. The month is not far from being over, I didn’t take that many photos but here’s what I got.

Here’s to a better month! And thank God for the good health we usually have.

I know I haven’t been posting much here, but I have a few ideas that I’m hoping to implement down the road, nothing fancy that’s for sure, just more frequent postings. Some pics from July will be coming soon.

In other news, we rented a cute little townhouse that we’ll be moving into sometime next month, God willing! I’ll keep you posted on our progress.

Oh, and I’m 28 today and am very thankful to have a near-perfect husband & 3 not-nearly-perfect children. Case in point; your 5 year old crumples up the Birthday card he made for you & throws it in the trash ’cause he’s mad at you. The kids are a lot of fun none the less.
