We’ve been enjoying visiting our friends this past week before our move to Puerto Rico. Our tickets are booked for the 31st so its coming up fast. Here are some photos from an afternoon picnic on a nice breezy but sunny day. It had rained the day before so everything was extra green & clean!
What an unbelievable month this has been…lets just say we hit some rough patches here & there & there, and yet God’s love has been showering on us continually. Thank God for God! Here are some photos of the good & funny times this month.
Valentine’s Day is all about love, and I’ve been blessed with a beautiful bundle of it. My family is going through a difficult & sad time right now with my sister Jennifer’s passing, but it’s our love for the Lord, God’s love for us, and love of supportive friends that is helping us get through. Thank you Amy, Feli, Elena, Michelle, Eva, Leslie, & everyone else who’s been so sweet & helpful during this time.
And Steve, you’re my angel…happy Day-That-You-Proposed anniversary.
Valentine’s Day is also Wesley’s Birthday, who turned 3 years old today. Happy Birthday Wes Wes! We love you.
I guess that means that Valentine’s Day–as in LOVE–is really worth celebrating after all.

We’ve gotten to have some quality family time this month & Elena & my mother-in-law watched Devin & Wesley so Steve & I could get away for two days…it was really good timing & much needed.
Here are some photos of our trip up to Big Bear, Wesley & Preston’s first time seeing snow! Each one of us fell at least once on the icy snow, but it was worth it, ha. We went tubing for the first time as a family, but mainly just hung out in the warm & cozy cabin, with lots of eating & talking…my favorite!
